Shipments

General:

Shipping is added in automatically via our site. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via a multitude of couriers depending on your location and the physical dimensions. Once shipped we will provide you with a link and tracking number to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight (nett and volumetric) of the shipment (we will notify you if there is a change in cost due to obscure dimensions). We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Insurance:

If you require insurance please add 3% of your order value to your total and notify us that insurance is required. We will review the amount and if less then adequate will only insure up until the value covered in the amount paid. (i.e. R30 gets you R1000 insurance on an order. If you require R2000 insurance and only put R30 in for insurance then your parcel will only be covered for R1000 insurance)

Orders over 100kgs:

Orders over 100kgs require shipping to be worked out manually, please contact us so we can arrange a quote for you.
